Crufts Champion Stolen in House Robbery

12 April 2014

UK - A champion chihuahua from this year's Crufts has been stolen along with four other dogs, writes Gemma Hyland.

Humberside Police are making an appeal for information in relation to the theft of the five chihuahuas from Lissett, East Riding of Yorkshire.

One of the dogs, known as Xena, won Best Puppy in Breed at this year's Crufts championship under her show name 'Made of Candy'.

Four more chihuahuas named Angel, Io, Pandora and Evie were also taken during the burglary, along with a Nikon D3200 camera and lenses.

If anyone has any information relation to this incident, they are asked to call the non-emergency telephone number 101, quoting log 493 of 10/04/2014. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
