The Pet Charity Appoints New Trustee

UK - The Pet Charity, the charity that promotes the joy and benefits pets have on society, has appointed Professor Peter Neville as a trustee.

Professor Peter Neville is a Companion Animal Behaviour Therapist with over 20 years’ experience in this sector.

peter nevilleHe is responsible for establishing the first companion animal behaviour referral clinic at a UK veterinary school and is also a Founding Partner of the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology (COAPE), which offers a range of residential and correspondence courses in companion animal behaviour and behaviour therapy.

His knowledge and experience will be highly beneficial in helping to progress the Charity’s initiatives of promoting the joy of companion animals.

Peter will join The Pet Charity’s board of trustees, which is rich with experience in animal welfare, health research and charity governance.

"He brings to the board a wealth of experience within the companion animal sector, which is sure to prove invaluable to the Charity going forwards.”
