Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Outbreak Found in Denmark

DENMARK - There has been an outbreak of rabbit haemorrhagic disease on a private holding with 10 pet rabbits in Denmark.

Two of the 10 rabbits caught the disease and died. Denmark's National Veterinary Institute confirmed the infection by PCR.

The outbreak occurred at the end of April, but no other cases have yet been found in Denmark.

The outbreak occurred in Albertslund East.
